Mangum Power The City of Mangum is among a handful of cities in Oklahoma that has its own power plant, substation and distribution system. A member of the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority, the City of Mangum purchases its power from this authority, but the power plant ensures that in times of emergency, the city has a reserve power system. |
