Rose Room The second floor bedrooms originally numbered four, all rooms had wood doors with transoms to allow cool breezes—for summer air circulation into the rooms. Beginning with this east, light and cheery Rose room which features whitewashed hardwood floors and a rose motif throughout. The bedroom's centerpiece is a queen size bed. During the 1998 renovation it became complete with its own private claw foot bath and shower tub. The toilet is located in the original walk-in closet.
