I was a running trainer for 9 years and I practice running for 14 years. Since we live in Mangum Oklahoma as owners of a B&B it’s difficult to run on a regular base. So what I do now is walking for minimum 2 times a week between 1 and 2 hours.
If you stay in the Whitehouse B&B and you like to do some walking I’m pleased to show you around during a walk in Magnum and surroundings or at the Quartz Mountains. |
